All visitors must have an appointment and deemed critical and/or project specific. No vendor visits, solicitors, etc. until further notice.
All visitors must call main contact from the parking lot and enter through the front door and remain in the vestibule area until met by an authorized Grand Traverse Plastics (GTP) representative.
Visitors will be provided the Covid 19 health screening form that must be completed and reviewed by the authorized GTP representative and have their temperature taken.
Visitors will be provided the appropriate PPE if they do not have their own.
Social distancing protocol of 6 feet is to be observed in the conference room and as much as possible while in the facilities where possible.
If the conference room is to be utilized GTP employee(s) will pre-establish the seating arrangements to be 6 feet apart.
Visitors are to take their PPE with them and self dispose.
If conference room was utilized while the visitor was on GTP premises, then the visitor’s main contact will be responsible for cleaning the conference table, all chairs, computer and entrance door handles. This will be done after every visit that the conference room is utilized.
